The home has the natural warmth of wood throughout, plus, a woodburning stone fireplace that can heat the whole house. On the main floor there is one bedroom, plus an office that could be used for a bedroom if needed. The upstairs bedroom has its own balcony, with a view towards the mountains to the North. In the front you will enjoy the screened in rocking chair front porch, in the back there is a park style, rock grill for outside cooking. You also have outside art studio hidden away in the Mountain Laurel. This is a great place to begin making fond memories of good times in the beautiful mountains of South Carolina. Its centrally located to all the activities to be experienced in the mountains, hiking, fishing, sightseeing, or for relaxing drives in the mountains and foothills.
